Processing Time
Your Packages (US Orders) will ship from our U.S. Warehouse within 1 - 2 business days of your payment clearing. We only ship Monday through Friday. Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

Tracking
You will be E-mailed a UPS/Fedex Tracking number as soon as your order ships! You can then track your shipments progress at UPS.com or Fedex.com. We cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and Asiwo.us is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. All orders reported as “delivered” by our shipping company (UPS/Fedex) are considered delivered and Asiwo.us cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.
